Hey, I'm Tammy Crook

Co-Founder and Managing Partner at HR Premier Partners. I bring more than 25 years of comprehensive HR experience spanning employee relations, ethics and compliance, training and development, coaching, performance management, and staffing/recruitment.

I’m a proud graduate of Jackson State University, where I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees in my chosen field of study, and I hold the designation of SHRM-Certified Professional. Throughout my career, I’ve advanced through progressively senior HR roles, building a reputation as a trusted partner, strategic advisor, and advocate for both employees and organizational growth.

What drives me most is helping organizations turn challenges into opportunities and empowering people to become their greatest asset. HR isn’t just what I do—it’s how I make a difference.
